Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and lead maintenance across high-speed bottle production lines. You will troubleshoot, repair, and implement best practices with the plant team to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic skills, and the ability to train others while driving Safe, Efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations. Excellent problem-solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years – experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• 6+ years – experience in the specified position.
• 4+ years – people/projects management or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient use of shop tools and precision measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Lead and train Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Identify machine problems quickly and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare and update operating/troubleshooting procedures.
