Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to safeguard equipment uptime and mentor operators and maintenance staff. The role encompasses troubleshooting, repair, and implementation of best practices across bottling equipment and facilities.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement through preventive and predictive maintenance in a high-speed production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read schematics: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic.
• Experience leading and training others.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide.
• Lead and train Operators, Mechanics, and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Identify machine problems quickly and perform root cause analysis.
