Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and lead maintenance across bottling lines. You will troubleshoot complex issues, train staff, and implement best practices across multiple areas such as blow molding, filling, labeling, and packaging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people or projects (4+ years).
• Experience in blow molding, injection molding, packaging, or beverage industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Lead and train Operators and Supervisors on procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine downtime with root cause analysis.
• Lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime.
• Develop operating and troubleshooting procedures for bottling equipment.
