Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician- Packer to keep equipment running at peak performance in a fast-paced bottling plant.

You will lead training for Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors and drive continuous improvement across packaging lines and related systems. You will troubleshoot complex equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve throughput.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment
• Experience leading and training Operators and Supervisors
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities
• Experience with high-speed bottling and packaging equipment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate across departments

Aufgaben

• Adhere to the highest safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures
• Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades
• Rapidly identify machine problems to minimize downtime with root cause analysis
• Collaborate with other Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve cross-functional issues
• Use software systems to analyze data and drive throughput performance
• Lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime
• Create SOPs for troubleshooting and transfer knowledge to Niagara team members
• Ensure regular attendance and on-call availability as essential functions
