Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service garden-style properties. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and cleanliness across units and common areas.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to cover on-call shifts and a rotating schedule. Onsite work with Greystar properties and strong safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance for buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Track inventory and obtain supplies, notifying supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
