Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards. You will diagnose and repair building systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support other site operations.

The role includes completing work orders, making-ready vacants, and maintaining inventory. A valid driver's license, EPA certifications, and the ability to work flexible hours are required.

Formación

• Experience diagnosing and repairing building systems and components.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and follow safety and code requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Maintain inventory, track materials, and report re-orders to the supervisor.
