Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Service Technician II to perform general and specialized maintenance in a multi-family community. You will handle building systems, use tools safely, and communicate effectively to deliver top-notch service in line with LMH standards.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ related experience required.
• Intermediate level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance, installation and repairs on building systems and appliances (plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical).
• Perform installations, service repairs, and preventative maintenance in homes, common areas, grounds and community.
• Complete resident-requested repairs within 24 hours and on-call service and emergencies.
