Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multi-family apartment community. You will maintain the property, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, handling service requests within 24 hours, and coordinating 24/7 on-call coverage with the Manager. Strong leadership and OSHA adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• EPA Universal Certification and HVAC Certification are required.
• Must wear PPE and follow OSHA/MSDS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks personally or delegate to assistants; oversee and inspect work.
• Institute a service-request management system and resolve issues within 24 hours where possible.
• Schedule maintenance staff for 24/7 emergency coverage with the Manager.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventory.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
