Energy Jobline ZR in Denver, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep our apartment community running smoothly. You will perform repairs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure safety and reliability for residents and staff.

Formación

Experience as a service or maintenance technician in property management.
Hands-on repairs for appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Familiarity with CMMS for work orders and inventory tracking.

Responsabilidades

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance at the apartment community.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC, boiler, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Repair equipment including motors, pumps, compressors, and electrical systems.
Complete work orders and turns within time frames.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory using CMMS.
Respond promptly to equipment failures and on-call emergencies.
Provide excellent customer service to residents.
