Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Service Technician Level III to maintain apartment community conditions and respond to resident service requests. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more, and ensure high-quality, timely service while upholding safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work with maintenance budgets and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance technician experience.
• Multi-family housing experience helpful.
• Capacity to read, write, and speak English, with ability to read work instructions and communicate with residents and vendors.
• Accurately take measurements and perform basic arithmetic.
• General computer skills in MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Organize and perform general maintenance duties per safety standards.
• Respond to repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect vacated apartments and document renovations.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify maintenance projects and safety issues.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor inventory of tools and supplies.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
