Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and operation of building systems at a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance for conveyors, sortation, scanners, cameras, and SCADA-related equipment.

You will provide expert-level support for MHE systems, build maintenance plans, and mentor team members while ensuring a safe work environment and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with MHE safety standards (OEM & safety).
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use metrics (OEE/Up Time).

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and controls.
• Lead and mentor maintenance work plans and training.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS.
• Foster positive relationships with client and operations teams.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
