Job summary

CBRE is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to support the operation of building systems at a client facility. You will lead a shift, mentor technicians, and ensure reliable MHE and automation performance. Your focus includes preventative maintenance, robotics support, and safety compliance.

You will diagnose and repair conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, and SCADA components while building strong client relations and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
