Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure spaces meet safety and cleanliness standards. You will handle routine work orders, make-ready tasks for new move-ins, manage inventory, document work, and support safety initiatives across grounds and interiors.

This role requires EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license; occasional travel and flexible hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining apartment properties and completing work orders.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate golf cart as needed.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA-related practices.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing.
• Tracks inventory, supplies, and returns unused items to storage.
• Documents service activities accurately for recordkeeping.
• Assists in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities.
