Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs to company standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant units are rent-ready promptly; performs turnover work as needed.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on apartment homes.
• Follows safety policies and uses PPE and proper chemical handling.
