Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Durham, NC is seeking a capable Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems across our apartment communities. You’ll complete service requests promptly, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety policies while coordinating with residents and team members.

A valid driver's license and 2–3 years of experience are required, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Ability to read policies and safety data sheets (SDS).
• Knowledge of PPE usage and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner and ensure rent-ready units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
