Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs promptly while following standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and on-call duties as assigned.
• Maintains safety culture by following Vivmark policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
