Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Durham, NC. This full-time role handles diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems to maintain community standards and safety.

The technician will perform preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and ensure turnover readiness for vacant units. Applicants should have 2–3 years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and be able to work on-call rotations.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair.
• Ability to read policies and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and other systems.
• Complete service requests and keep properties up to standards.
• Ensure vacant homes are rent-ready and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain safety and reporting of unsafe conditions.
• Perform hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding per standards.
