Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Durham, NC to maintain apartment homes and deliver exceptional living experiences. This hands-on role requires diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

With 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in on-call rotation, you will help keep vacant homes rent-ready and support preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedule in rotation.
• Able to read and understand safety data sheets and maintenance policies.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Understanding of emergency systems and basic repair work.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly per standards.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community assets.
• Assist in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow Vivmark safety policies.
