Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to elevate maintenance services across our communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues and perform general maintenance to keep homes and common areas in top condition.

The role includes on-call duties, ensuring timely responses and high resident satisfaction. Candidates should have 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to read safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation with the team each month.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members to provide excellent service.
• Ability to read policies and procedures including safety and maintenance guidelines.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe handling of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely, quality-oriented manner.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
