Job summary

Tricon is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II/Universal certification are required. No on‑call; company van provided. Daily travel between properties is expected.
