Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is looking for a Maintenance Technician III to deliver high-quality skilled maintenance work at Covenant Living at Mount Miguel in Spring Valley, CA. This role involves diverse responsibilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical maintenance, responding to on-call situations, and coordinating with the maintenance supervisor. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant experience and necessary certifications.

Formación

• Must have five years of related maintenance experience.
