Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks on a Tue-Sat 8:00am to 4:30pm shift. You will handle work orders, support preventive maintenance, and contribute to facility reliability across our senior living campuses.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3–5 years of maintenance experience, HVAC EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience.
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders by applying knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Support the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Ensure safety and quality in all maintenance tasks.
