Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or general repairs is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains mechanical and electrical equipment in operable condition.
• Performs maintenance tasks per procedures and preventative schedule.
• Responds to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Keeps storage and mechanical areas clean and organized.
• Assists in trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Maintains interior and exterior of buildings.
• Moves furniture as directed.
• Maintains lighting in working order.
• Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Constructs/repairs structures with hand and power tools.
• Performs electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, plaster, and plumbing tasks as directed.
• Performs property, plant, and equipment inspections.
• Performs landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
