Job summary

Covenant Living at Mount Miguel is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to perform skilled trades across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and more. You will handle preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist in coordinating the Maintenance Department.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and preferred vocational training with relevant certifications. On-site role with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Preferred vocational training or trade school.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other facilities areas.
• Install, repair and replace electrical devices and equipment (e.g., HVAC).
• Complete preventative maintenance per schedule and daily work orders.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance as assigned.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and assist in department tasks.
