Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general facilities tasks across campus. Responsibilities include completing daily work orders, routine preventive maintenance, and timely communication of repair statuses.

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience and certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades, with strong safety and resident-friendly service focus.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years related maintenance experience in similar role.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical certifications/licenses preferred.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC equipment (RTUs, air handlers, water heaters).

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Complete daily work orders and communicate status of repairs.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call maintenance rotation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and other team members.
