Covenant Living is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform high quality maintenance tasks across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and environmental services on our California campus. You will handle preventive and corrective maintenance, read drawings, and respond to emergencies while coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires at least five years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Must have five (5) + years related maintenance experience
• Certifications/licenses in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment, water heaters, and related systems
• Install, repair, and replace electrical and plumbing fixtures
• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
• Coordinate with supervisor and other staff to plan daily work orders
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and report hazardous conditions
