Job summary

Coterie Senior Living – Cathedral Hill in San Francisco is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community’s physical condition and appearance. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, completing service requests in a timely, safe manner.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of property maintenance experience, ability to use hand tools and basic arithmetic, and vaccination verification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in property management maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and measurements for estimates.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Ability to use general maintenance tools and safety equipment.
• Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Complete service requests safely and timely.
• Prepare vacant apartments to be rent-ready.
• Respond to resident requests and resolve problems.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Assist with maintenance tasks as needed.
