Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Greenville, SC seeks a Maintenance Technician III to diagnose and repair complex issues, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance efforts. HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair are required, with leadership experience preferred.

You will maintain community standards, prepare units for move-in, assist with pool and grounds, and participate in on-call rotations while upholding safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Experience leading a maintenance team preferred.
• Three years in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair maintenance items in a timely, professional manner.
• Lead preventative maintenance efforts and mentor junior technicians.
• Repair and prepare vacant apartments for move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and grounds upkeep.
• Participate in on-call emergency rotation.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines.
