Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to handle complex work orders, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance efforts for an apartment community. HVAC certification and experience in electrical/plumbing are required, with a valid driver’s license.

The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with residents, and adhering to safety guidelines. On-call rotation and a commitment to the company LIVE IT culture are expected.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• EPA/HVAC Certification and CPO Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Lead preventative maintenance efforts.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the maintenance team.
