Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners in Greenville, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team, manage budgets, and ensure move-in readiness for a quality apartment experience.

You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, coordinate make-ready units, and drive safety and compliance across the community. Strong leadership and hands-on technical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical).
• Valid Driver’s License, EPA certification; CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and supervise the daily maintenance team to high performance.
• Manage inventories, budgets, and make-ready units for new residents.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and vendor partners.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
