Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for The Marq on Martin and Martingale. The role involves hands-on mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, clean, and fully functional.

Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with housing discounts up to 40%, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a strong benefits package. EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing.
• Professional demeanor and reliable communication.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Manages the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch lists.
• Retains materials efficiently, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Documents work performed promptly and accurately for records.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost control by repairing instead of replacing when feasible.
