Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical buildings and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose and repair issues, perform make-ready tasks for vacants, and help maintain grounds and amenities.

Qualifications

EPA certification for refrigerant handling (Type 1/II or Universal) or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with ability to operate a golf cart on-property if needed.
OSHA safety training or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to meet property standards for safety and cleanliness.
Complete work orders from resident requests and document work performed.
Conduct make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Track materials, inventory, and ensure proper re-ordering with supervision.
Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as required.
Adhere to safety policies and participate in routine safety meetings.
