The role requires strong mechanical/electrical skills, PLC and ladder logic familiarity, and a drive for continuous improvement. 3+ years of experience and a technical background are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience in electro‑mechanical maintenance and complex troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives.
