Qualifications

• Education options include technical school or degree, or extensive maintenance experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment is required.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read prints and suggest modifications as needed.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, vacuum systems and laser operations.

Responsibilities

• Repair manufacturing equipment and troubleshoot to root causes.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in promotions/training.
• Set examples in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Record all work in CMMS with spare parts, labor, and downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors; follow safety practices.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain documentation.
