Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to follow procedures.
• Proficiency with computers and CMMS software.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment issues by observing, listening to, and testing operating machines to determine the need for adjustment, repair, or replacement.
• Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment, including sorters, conveyors, industrial batteries, and related systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components to help reduce downtime and keep operations moving.
• Use computerized maintenance systems to monitor, document, and report equipment usage, parts replacement, repairs, and maintenance activity.
• Support facility maintenance needs, including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, cleaning, lubrication, and corrosion prevention.
