Macy's is seeking a Manager, Maintenance to lead the maintenance team in our distribution center, ensuring reliable equipment, safe operations, and cost-efficient performance. You will conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment, powered equipment, and building systems, while guiding a team through CMMS practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience in maintenance management or supervisory roles preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a maintenance team in a distribution facility to meet goals and targets.
• Collaborate with operations to support DC logistics and optimize material handling systems.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective building and equipment operation; maintain MHE and PIT equipment.
• Lead Preventive Maintenance and CMMS practices; drive continuous improvement across Macy's Supply Chain.
• Train, develop, and supervise maintenance staff; communicate with senior management as needed.
• Review analyses of activities, costs, and operations to assess progress toward goals.
