Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Maintenance to lead the day-to-day management of the maintenance team in our distribution center. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment, powered equipment, and building systems, while driving safety, reliability, and cost-effective operations across the facility.

You will collaborate with operations to optimize logistics functions, analyze processes, and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a maintenance team in a distribution facility.

• Develop best practices across Macy's Supply Chain and CFC network.
• Ensure safety, cost control, and quality in maintenance.
