Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and lead maintenance initiatives in a high-speed bottling environment in Baltimore.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and transfer knowledge across the team, driving continuous improvement and best practices for packaging and filling systems, as well as related equipment. You will mentor Operators and Supervisors, coordinate with plant leadership, and develop procedures for like-new equipment during planned

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people and projects; may combine work experience and education.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
• Strong communication of issues and solutions across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with shop equipment (hydraulic/mechanical presses, grinders, drill presses, mills, lathes).
• Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, depth gauges).
• Willingness to lead and train others on equipment reliability and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades.
• Rapid identification of machine problems to minimize downtime with root cause analysis.
• Partner with other Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve cross-functional problems.
• Define requirements and lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime.
• Create operating and troubleshooting procedures for bottling production areas.
