Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime, troubleshoot complex issues, and act as a subject matter expert across bottling operations.

The role involves training teams on high-speed bottle manufacturing, packaging processes, and equipment upgrades. The candidate will work with plant leadership on continuous improvement projects, implement best maintenance practices, and lead overhaul efforts during planned downtime while ensuring safety, quality, and throughput

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 Years - Experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing people/projects.
• Experience with high-speed bottle manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Identify machine problems quickly to minimize downtime and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other Sr. Maintenance Technicians to solve cross-functional issues.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
