Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair at our Louisiana facility.

You will mentor Operators and other maintenance staff, lead continuous improvement projects, and develop procedures for high-speed bottling lines including blow molding, filling and labeling systems. The role requires extensive experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading people or projects.
• Proficient with reading schematics: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic.
• Proficient with measurement tools: calipers, bore gauges, depth gauges.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators and Supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to upgrade equipment and reduce downtime.
• Identify machine problems quickly and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and share troubleshooting procedures for the Niagara team.
