Job summary

Niagara Bottling’s Plainfield facility is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting and repair of all production equipment.

You will mentor team members and act as a SME in bottling, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment, driving reliability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include leading project work with plant leadership, performing root-cause analysis, and developing operating and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• 6 years experience in a maintenance position.
• 4 years experience managing people and/or projects.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead operators, mechanics, and supervisors on technical procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and plant maintenance initiatives.
• Identify machine problems quickly and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and share best practices within the maintenance team.
