Job summary

Niagara is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and lead troubleshooting across bottling lines.

You will mentor Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors, driving improvements in high-speed production and packaging equipment and supporting plant-wide reliability initiatives. Ideal candidates have extensive maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to train and lead cross-functional teams on technical procedures and safety

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
Experience in managing people and projects.
Experience with high-speed bottling/packaging equipment is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Adhere to and enforce highest safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures for high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging.
Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement, upgrades and problem resolution.
Rapidly identify machine problems to minimize downtime with root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with other Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve cross-functional issues.
Utilize available software systems to analyze issues and drive throughput performance.
Lead overhaul efforts to rebuild equipment during planned downtime.
Transfer knowledge to Niagara team members to develop operating and troubleshooting procedures.
