Qualifications

• 6+ years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• 6+ years in the specific maintenance position.
• 4+ years of experience managing people or projects; combination of work experience and education acceptable.
• Ability to communicate across departments and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures for high-speed bottling production.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems to minimize downtime and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects with plant leadership.
• Develop and transfer operating and troubleshooting procedures to Niagara team members.
