Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime and lead troubleshooting across production lines. You will train operators and supervisors, drive continuous improvement projects, and resolve downtime through root-cause analysis.

This role requires hands-on expertise with bottling equipment and maintenance best practices. Responsibilities include coordinating with plant leadership, rebuilding equipment during planned downtime, and developing maintenance

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience
• 6+ years in the role
• 4+ years managing people/projects
• Experience with cross-functional teams and issue resolution
• Ability to read schematics: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades
• Identify machine problems quickly and perform root cause analysis
• Develop and transfer operating procedures and best practices
