Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician in New Orleans to ensure equipment uptime through in-depth troubleshooting and repair of bottling lines, including blow molders, fillers, labelers, and palletizers.

You will share knowledge with the maintenance team and Operators and drive reliability improvements. This role requires hands-on experience with high-speed production, ability to read schematics, and training others in best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years – maintenance manufacturing experience
• Experience leading and training others in maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Experience with high-speed bottle production equipment
• Strong safety and GMP practices

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide
• Train Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on technical procedures
• Lead projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades
• Identify machine problems and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with maintenance team to resolve cross-functional issues
• Develop and share operating and troubleshooting SOPs
• Ensure equipment reliability and downtime minimization
