CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will lead a shift, guide fellow technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.

Your expertise includes MHE systems, conveyors, SCADA devices, and PLC programs, with a focus on safety and operational performance. Strong leadership and vendor management experience are a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with automated conveyors and controls.
• Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with MHE safety standards per OEM and Safety standards.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, NEC, or industrial electronics.
• Ability to conduct preventive procedure-based maintenance.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• 3+ years of work order management.
• Ability to use statistics equipment to run metrics like OEE/Up Time.

Mansioni

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, sensors, and related hardware.
• Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
• Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Cultivate positive working relationships with the client and Operations Maintenance team.
• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
