Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs across our properties in the Phoenix area.

The role requires strong communication, exceptional customer service, and the ability to manage and complete service requests efficiently while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification for Refrigerant Management (Type II or Universal)
• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years maintenance/construction background
• Daily travel between properties
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Work safely with PPE

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with residents, team members, and vendors
• Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Repair HVAC systems and perform fundamental plumbing and electrical tasks
• Repair or replace doors, windows, fixtures, and hardware as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and accurate time sheets
• Utilize the work order and inventory systems to drive productivity
