Job summary

Tricon Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Nashville, TN. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs across properties, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

The role requires EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification, a valid driver’s license, and ability to travel between properties daily. A company van is provided for home-to-property use.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years maintenance/construction experience.
• Daily travel between properties.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; safety minded.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and empathetically with residents and vendors.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Repair HVAC systems and plumbing components.
• Perform electrical repairs and diagnose faults.
• Repair doors, windows, and minor hardware.
• Accurately complete time sheets and data entry.
• Utilize work order and inventory systems to drive productivity.
