Qualifications

• 2+ years in maintenance operations across multiple properties.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal Technician certification required or sponsorship possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repairs across multiple properties.
• Prepare vacant units quickly to a high standard.
• Manage and resolve service requests promptly.
• Maintain OSHA and Clean Air Act compliance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance planning.
• Keep buildings and grounds clean and welcoming.
• Manage tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Complete required logs, reports, and training on time.
• Participate in the on-call weekend rotation.
