Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Must have EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to ensure property standards.
• Complete assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours.
• Inspect work performed by contractors to verify standards.
